DigitalFusion Redesigns DF Studio's User Interface and Expands its Features in this Exciting New Release

PHOTOPLUS 2006, NEW YORK, New York—November 1, 2006— DigitalFusion™ today announced the release of DF Studio, Version 3. This exciting new release of DF Studio, professional photography's premier online editing and collaboration tool sports a completely redesigned user-interface and adds a number of new features and user preferences. DF Studio Version 3 represents the first major redesign since the application's initial launch over two years ago.

For Version 3, DigitalFusion's team completely redesigned the user-interface to improve the user experience by making the most frequently used functions easier to access, implementing a variety modern Web design tools such as in-place viewing and editing of data and providing a number of new user preferences. All of these updates are wrapped inside an updated graphic design that changes the default color scheme from white to black.

Beyond the user-interface, DF Studio Version 3 includes a variety of new and updated features aimed at improving the experience for its users. Users are greeted with a new Dashboard that delivers quick access to their jobs, imageMessengers, imagePortfolios and imageArchive. The Dashboard also provide one-click access to their address book and displays any system or account alerts to them. DF Studio users can organize their outgoing imageMessengers by setup and select-level as well as drag and drop individual images. Users can select from an expanded set of imagePortfolio templates and have an updated interface for selecting images to include in their portfolios.

DF Studio Version 3 implements a collection of new user preferences focused on enabling the user to customize their own working environment. DF Studio now allows users to work on one of five background colors (black, white, light grey, medium grey or dark grey). DF Studio also allows users to set the number of thumbnail images they view at given time to 12, 15, 24 or 45 enabling users with larger monitors to take advantage of that display real estate. DF Studio's enables the user to turn on and off the scrolling thumbnails as well as the select-level borders, again providing the user great flexibility in their own personal user experience.
